Whole Foods Brookline and the Wine Press are hosting a neighborhood-wide wine and cheese tasting tonight from 5 pm – 7 pm. The tasting will be held at the Wine Press, located at 1024 Beacon Street, Brookline. The Brookline Transportation Board will be holding a hearing on May 16th at 7pm to consider a request to make parking on Centre Street between Williams and Fuller limited to residents only. If approved, this would prevent family members of eelderly residents of 100 and 112 Centre Street, and, perhaps more importantly, care providers to residents of 100 Centre Street, from parking on the “resident only” stretch of Centre Street between Williams and Fuller.
